1. No Data Monetization: We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal logs, preferences, habits, or private information to data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketing companies.
2. Local Storage First: Most of your prayer logs, streaks, and configuration settings are saved directly on your local device. This ensures your personal records remain private and under your physical control.
3. Minimal Data Footprint: We adhere to data minimization principles. We only collect or request access to technical details that are strictly necessary to deliver the functionality of the App.
4. No Intrusive Ad Tracking: Antrik does not include targeted cross-app advertising networks or behavior tracking SDKs. You can use the app peacefully without your actions being profiled.
5. Absolute Control and Deletion: You have the right to clear, edit, or delete your local application data and cached records at any point directly within your device settings.
6. Transparent Communication: We are committed to transparency. If we add optional cloud sync or backup features in the future, we will ask for your explicit consent before transmitting any personal data.
7. Proactive Information Protection: We employ industry-standard secure programming practices and encryption protocols to protect all operational data processed by the App from unauthorized access.
8. Information We Collect: When you use the App, we may collect: (a) Usage Data (details of your interactions, crash logs, performance diagnostics); (b) Device Information (operating system version, unique device identifiers, device model, language settings); and (c) Optional User Inputs (emails, feedback, or configuration parameters you submit to us directly).
9. How We Use Your Information: We use collected information strictly to: operate, maintain, and upgrade Antrik; monitor application performance; detect, debug, and resolve technical issues or application crashes; and reply to your direct customer support inquiries.
10. Third-Party Integrations & Analytics: Antrik may utilize third-party services (such as Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or GitHub repositories for prayer fetching). These services may collect information used to identify your device. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies as Relativ exerts no control over third-party practices.
11. Legal Disclosures & Law Enforcement: Relativ may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or government authority, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Relativ, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users.
12. Children's Privacy Protection: Antrik does not knowingly target, market to, or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you are a parent or guardian and suspect your child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can immediately purge it.
13. International Data Transfers: Your information (including technical usage metrics) may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By installing the App, you consent to this transfer.
14. Retention of Data: We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with statutory legal records and enforce our mutual legal agreements.

No Liability for Security Breaches: While we take reasonable and modern administrative and technical security measures to guard your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, Relativ cannot guarantee its absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy: We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App or on our distribution platforms and updating the "Last Updated" date.
